Return Mailing Labels
You can pack and send your return in just a few simple steps:
1.Visit our Online Returns Center and obtain a return mailing label and return mailing authorization.
2.Pack the items and return mailing authorization securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item.
3.Secure the return mailing label to the outside of the box (clear tape is usually best).
4.Drop the package off at your designated carrier’s location. Note: If the item has a list price (MSRP) of more than ,000 we will offer a UPS pickup option or a self-paid option. If you choose the UPS pickup option, insurance will automatically be included.
Replacements
If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item, visit our Online Returns Center to request a replacement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation–e.g., size, color–visit our Online Returns Center. An “Exchange” option will display in the Online Return Center the return is not due to Amazon error (e.g., damaged, defective, lost, etc.), you meet the eligibility criteria, and the return product is:

• An apparel or shoe item shipped and sold by Amazon.com and
• Not a gift.

When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order. We’ll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You’ll just need to use the return label provided to send your original item back within 30 days.
We currently only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to return doesn’t have an exchange return option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
